As a Maintenance Engineer you will be a member of the Mechanical Maintenance Team of the Blade Industrialization Department, responsible for Blade Machines production & Quality assurance equipment maintenance and construction. You will also be involved in machinery improvements implementation. Main Responsibilities/Tasks:

Diagnose breakdown problems for all production equipmentResponsible for the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the blade equipmentInform Machine Construction Supervisor for drawings shortages and design omissions and/or errorsPropose improvements for machine operation and performanceParticipate or build instructions related to machinery construction procedures, maintenance and troubleshootingContribute to the process of the new technologies’ induction in your area of responsibilityUndertake the construction of new projects assigned by your supervisor or project managerTake part in various experiments concerning R&D projects, Industrialization, and Improvement ProjectsResponsible for the good condition and adequacy of the tools that you useResponsible for the adequacy of stored spare parts, suggesting corrective actionsQualifications/SkillsRequired:

Technical High School or Secondary Technical Shool in Mechanical Engineering Certified with minimum license of Technician according to the Legal Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position in industrial field Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal) Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office) Willing to work in shiftsPreferred: Prior experience in machine assembly, installation and commissioning Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Robotic systems & TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) Knowledge of engineering Design ie. 2D (Autocad) & 3D Software (PTC Creo) Machining Tool Basic Skills and First Level Automation KnowledgeBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
