Bid and Proposal Engineer About the Job Receive technical and commercial bids and requisitions from the customer Perform clarifications with the customer and Company technical team. Prepare the request for quotation and communicate with various potential suppliers. Communicate with suppliers to get the best techno commercial offer and terms of conditions. Communicate with the Company procurement to finalize transactions. Prepare Techno Commercial offer to the end customer Follow the offer submitted and negotiate prices to get the order. Coordinate with the Company financial department to proceed with, Offering, Tendering and Ordering in regarding LG, LC, Insurance, etc. Follow the shipping of the equipment and the release of goods. Ensure proper material delivery as scheduled to avoid any delay penalties. Keep records for the suppliers, prices and references. Communicate with the suppliers during warranty period in case of any problem. Job Requirements Computer skills and emails.
