Date: Nov 7, 2025Location:US, Virtual, NOAMStart your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamBid Manager (Remote)Full time, United StatesThe Bid Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering accurate bid responses and maintaining BCD Travel’s company-wide database of proposal-relevant information. This position collaborates with the team to complete each bid project following the client’s RFP requirements, sales teams’ value proposition, and BCD Travel’s global tenants. The Bid Manager focuses on validating each response – ensuring the most up-to-date, accurate, and highest quality of content is provided. This role collaborates with all subject matter experts across our network. Strong communication, organization, and IT skills are required. Furthermore, this individual should be a team player, proactive, and creative.As a Bid Manager, you willAssess incoming RFPs, RFIs, clarification requests, and other projects, and build project plans based on requirementsEstablish and manage timelines and deliverablesFinalize the proposal and supporting documents in alignment with established deadlines and delivery methods Post all final proposal submissions to designated areas for appropriate sharing, filing, and archivingEstablish and maintain rapport with all bid teams, holding direct contact with the Project ManagerSet priorities, manage time, and manage team workload effectivelyAbout YouPrior experience with proposal writing, journalism, or marketing within a business environment Knowledge of the travel industryStrong communication skills in English: oral, written and presentationProven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SalesforceComputer literate in business software applications, such as proposal writing software and online sourcing tools (Ariba)Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as requiredAbout UsWe’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Bid Manager is between $67,000 and $90,000.
