🔧 Bid Manager/Tender Engineer – Electricity (Wallonia)Languages: French, Dutch is a plusHybrid: 1–2 days home workingDepartment: Buildings – Electrical (Lighting, Switches, Power)Salary: Up to 7000 gross/month🏢 About the RoleWe are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Nivelles team, responsible for preparing offers and tenders related to electrical installations — including lighting, power distribution, and switches — for offices, hospitals, and data centres.You will work closely with project engineers, designers, and commercial teams to ensure competitive, accurate, and technically sound offers.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for the electricity scope of projects.Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and material pricing.Prepare and present tender proposals to internal management and clients.Support design & build offers and value engineering initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.💡 Your ProfileEducation: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial Sciences / Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience: 2–5 years in a similar tendering or electrical design role (not fresh graduate).Language: Fluent in French, good understanding of Dutch preferred.Technical Knowledge:Electrical distribution systems for buildings.Lighting, switching, and control systems.Reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications.Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork.🚀 Career PathOpportunity to grow towards Design & Build Manager or more commercial / project leadership positions within the Buildings division.💰 Offer€3,500–€4,000/month (around 7k gross dependent on experience)Company car + fuel cardLaptop, mobile, internet allowanceHybrid work (1–2 days remote)Don't hesitate to click apply or reach out at zachary.rapinet@vividresourcing.com if you are interested!
