BID & Project delivery Manager (m/f)

Iskraemeco is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead impactful projects that support a more sustainable future. Join us in driving innovation, managing complex initiatives, and shaping tomorrow through smart energy solutions.What will your new challenges be?Participates in bid preparation and execution.Accepting the project for implementation and review of the project documentation prepared during the BID phase.Managing, planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, including managing changes to projects and the work of relevant project teams.Preparing, managing and monitoring the communication plan of the project.Managing partner relationships and bids with the entire partner ecosystem within the pre-sales, sales, and implementation activities of the project.Managing resources and plans the project timeline.Assessing and managing project risks.Managing activities, cost & revenues regarding assigned projects.Monitoring sub-project (product development, etc.).Periodically reporting to the Head of Project Office and/or Board of Directors.Promoting our own solutions (cross-selling / up-selling).Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlights the company's added value.You will be a natural fit for our teams if you have:Completed university degree in natural sciences (at least level VI/2.).At least 5 years of experience in project management of larger projects.PMP, Prince2 or other comparable certificate.Experience with Bid management is an advantage.The ability to be goal oriented, proactive and focused on project delivery.The ability to make key decisions and set priorities.Active knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowing a second language is an advantage.Strong communication and organisational skills.The ability to work in an international environment and cross-departmentally.Reasons to join Iskraemeco?Permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period.Work and collaboration in a high-tech professional environment with in-house development.Opportunity to work in an international environment, as Iskraemeco is a large global company where you'll collaborate with colleagues from various locations.A professional onboarding seminar that will introduce you to the organization and the company’s portfolio within the first month.We encourage and support individual career growth, enhancing skills in both professional competencies and soft skills.
