This role ensures cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services to support the organization's operational needs.Job Description:Identify and evaluate potential vendors for non-production materials and services.Conduct market research to find reliable and cost-effective suppliers.Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) during the bidding process.Evaluate vendor bidding based on cost, quality, delivery time, and other criteria.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost standards.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.Requirements:Intermediate - Advance in English (written & speaking is required).Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Business Administration or a related field.Had minimum 1-2 year experience in General Affairs, Purchasing or related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome).Strong knowledge of vendor management and bidding processes. Ability to maintain bidding and sourcing vendor documents.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.Recruitment Scam Warning!!Recently there have been a number of recruitment scams being carried out in various parts of the world.
