Now we’re looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead one of our sales team to even greater success. You know how to motivate a team, support their development, if you’re ready to take ownership of a region, inspire others, and drive growth — we’d love to meet you!What You’ll Be Doing·       Lead and support a team of Sales Consultants — through coaching, training, feedback, and joint field visits.

·       Analyze sales results and set effective strategies to meet business targets. ·       Take care of your own portfolio of individual HORECA clients — including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. ·       Cooperate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent service. ·       Organize meetings and product presentations that highlight Bidfood’s value. ·       Monitor customer payments to ensure smooth cash flow. ·       Report directly to the Sales Director — providing updates and insights. What You Bring to the Table·       Leadership experience and the ability to inspire others. ·       Structured, strategic mindset with excellent organizational skills. ·       Positive, proactive, and success-driven personality — you love a challenge.

·       Outstanding business communication and negotiation skills. ·       Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure. ·       At least 2 years of experience in sales or the foodservice industry. ·       A genuine passion for gastronomy. ·       Fluent in Hungarian and advanced English. ·       Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Word. ·       Category B driving license — ready to be on the move. ·       College or university degree.
