ROLE PURPOSETo provide front-desk service and support to the customers & visitors.
MAIN OUTPUTSPerform front of house operational services including receiving calls, taking of messages, making calls on behalf of employeesProvide a reception service including receiving visitors and directing them towards endorsed appointmentsResponsible for the booking service of boardrooms and parkingTaking of minutes during official meetings, typing and circulation thereofReceiving and capturing of building audit sheets data and filing thereofOrdering, processing & delivering of required stationary for all employeesReceiving and sorting of post, and contacting recipient employees for collectionRegular communication with employees via email regarding office management issuesProvide and perform administrative functions/support to various business sectionsAssist with administration for project works and special tasksQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSThe Applicant Must Meet The Following RequirementsMatric (Senior Certificate)Certificate in Receptionist/Administration/SecretarialValid SA Drivers License1 year relevant experience in switchboard operation and/or secretarial capacityAdministration/Reception/Switchboard training ideally in a customer orientated environmentMS Word, MS Excel & MS OutlookFUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIESResult OrientedAttentive To DetailStress TolerantGood Written CommunicationCustomer/Client FocusedAbility To Dealing With AmbiguityInteractive ReasoningPlanning & SchedulingTeamwork & PartneringRelationship BuildingGood Listening SkillsExcellent Oral Communication
