With a projected 9 to 12-year construction period, this high-profile project mirrors our successful work at Hinkley Point C. Operations will eventually move to a purpose-built Waste Consolidation Centre, but initially, our team will manage the contract directly from the client's site, overseeing collections, subcontractors, reporting, invoicing, and waste consultancy. Your Core Responsibilities.
Answer, log, and resolve all inbound enquiries to the depot promptly and professionally, introducing new or improved services to customers where appropriate and ensuring all communications reach a satisfactory conclusion Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts to support smooth operations Manage calendars and travel arrangements for staff members efficiently Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive informationRequirementsOur essential requirements.
