People Advisor - Hybrid (UK-wide travel required) - Covering Midlands / Home CountiesHelp shape the future of People Advice at Biffa. As a People Advisor, you'll be at the heart of this transformation, supporting managers and teams through a wide range of employee relations and organisational change matters.

Reporting to the Head of People Advice, you'll manage a varied portfolio of cases — from disciplinary and grievance to capability, absence, and conduct — as well as ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal work. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, operational teams, and senior leaders to ensure every case is fair, legally sound, and aligned with our values. What you'll be doing:

Providing expert, consistent advice on all employee relations matters Managing your own cases from start to resolution Supporting organisational change, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers Building strong relationships and coaching managers to develop capability Delivering engaging training and ensuring advice is aligned with employment law and best practice What we're looking for: Experience managing a variety of employee relations cases, including complex ones Strong knowledge of UK employment law and business change processes (e. g.
