Big Blue Communications is looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Designer to drive our design, UI/UX and illustration projects. Full-time contract. Based in Bangladesh. Fluent English required. Create clean, intuitive UI/UX wireframes and mockups, applying human-centred design, accessibility, and interactive principlesWork with:

Illustrator (must), InDesign (ideal), Figma (ideal), Adobe Creative Suite, Google WorkspaceDesign for print and digital platformsDevelop brand identities and visual guidelinesSet and maintain internal design standardsCollaborate with writers, project coordinators, visualisers, back-end developers and clientsContribute wherever requested to meet project goalsRequirements (Our ideal candidate)Experience working in a creative team environment as a designer, illustrator, and/ or UI/ UX designer, to deliver client-facing projectsExcellent layout, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling skillsStrong proficiency in Illustrator, vector graphics, UI/UX and responsive design tools and principlesDetail-orientated.
