We are looking for a Business Administration and HR Executive to join our dynamic tour at Big Bus Tours Vienna. The successful candidates will act as the central hub between our Vienna city operations and Central Teams. They will manage a variety of finance, HR, cashiering, and office administration tasks, playing a vital role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-first operations across the board.

ABOUT THE ROLEFinance & CashieringReconcile daily revenue from our sales staff using our internal systemOversee petty cash tracking and handle cash reconciliationsCalculate commissions and support payroll and travel expense processesCoordinate with Central Finance on financial submissions and reportingManage invoices, local inventory reportsBook invoices as Purchase Orders in SAPOffice & OperationsProvide administrative support to the General ManagerOversee daily office operations and suppliesOrganise internal events and ensure smooth logistics for uniforms, materials, and stockHuman ResourcesBe the first point of contact for local HR queriesManage employee lifecycle documentation and support onboardingMaintain employee records and monthly timesheetsCoordinate payroll inputs, benefit administration, and employee changesSupport employee relations, performance reviews, and HR complianceLiaise with Global HR to implement policies and initiatives locallyABOUT YOU Skills & ExperienceStrong administrative and financial coordination skillsProven HR knowledge (preferably in Austrian labour law and HR processes)Experience in payroll support, reconciliation, and document handlingStrong time management, communication, and teamwork skillsPrior experience with Ventrata and SAP is a plusProficiency in German (spoken and written) is desiredDegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferredKnowledge of Austrian employment law and collective agreements (Kollektivverträge) preferredUnderstanding of payroll systems, cash cycles, and employee data protection (GDPR)OUR OFFERAt Big Bus Vienna, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team in a dynamic international company.
