Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead the development and operations of our Enterprise AI Data Hub – a centralized platform that unifies internal and external data sources to enable advanced AI-driven analytics and business intelligence across the organization.Role purpose This position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a robust data ecosystem that transforms disparate data sources into AI-ready assets, enabling sophisticated analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making at enterprise scale.Key ResponsibilitiesData Hub Architecture & Management: Design and operate a scalable, cloud-native AI Data Hub with automated orchestration to manage high-volume, high-speed enterprise data.Data Integration & Preparation: Build ETL/ELT pipelines for internal (ERP, CRM, databases) and external (market feeds, APIs, Social media) data, apply feature engineering, and support real-time and batch processing.AI Integration & Analytics: collaborate with AI teams to optimize data for ML models, deploy for real-time inference, and enable predictive, NLP, and self-service analytics with high data quality.Data Governance & Compliance: Implement governance for data quality, lineage, metadata: enforce security and regulatory compliance; maintain clear documentation.Business Collaboration & strategy: Work with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, enhance data capabilities, and drive AI and digital transformation.Impact & Value Creation: Deliver a trusted data ecosystem that accelerates AI adoption, empowers data-driven decisions, and ensures secure, scalable, compliant operations.Required skillBachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldComputer Skills: MS Office, SQL-based Database management system, Python, Database & Data warehouseGood command of English (spoken and written).
