About the RoleThe Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies for a portfolio of high-profile clients. This role requires a mix of creative flair, strategic acumen, and client-facing finesse. From developing content that stops the scroll to aligning campaigns with business objectives, you will play a critical role in shaping our clients’ digital presence. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and implement social media strategies that align with client business goals and KPIs. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform creative direction. Prepare content calendars and campaign plans with a strategic lens.
 Content Creation & ManagementWrite engaging, on-brand copy tailored to diverse audiences and platforms. Conceptualise, design, and produce scroll-stopping content across formats—including static graphics, video, reels, stories, and animation. Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives. Manage posting, scheduling, and optimisation across social channels. Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform features to keep content fresh and impactful.  Client Services & Account ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a polished, proactive, and solutions-driven experience. Present ideas, reports, and performance updates with clarity and impact.
Anticipate client needs and build trusted long-term relationships.  Performance & ReportingTrack, analyse, and report on content performance and campaign impact. Recommend ongoing improvements to maximize engagement and ROI.  About YouA natural storyteller with exceptional copywriting skills. Equally confident developing strategy and producing content yourself—from copy to design, video, and animation. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong strategic mindset: able to link creative output directly to client business objectives. Highly skilled in creating polished, on-brand visuals and multimedia content. Experience managing multiple clients/accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Polished communicator with a client-first approach—calm under pressure and confident in meetings. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.  Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment. Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic work.
