What you'll be doingYou will develop decision-making processes and tools to streamline credit risk assessment and approval workflowsYou will support the Business Unit in credit risk-related topics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize risk managementYou will monitor portfolio quality, initiate recovery actions, and ensure portfolio performance stays within target levelsYou will propose new ideas and improvements in credit procedures, enhancing efficiency and supporting the Bank’s business objectives within the given risk appetiteYou will develop credit rules and internal procedures for issuing consumer loans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectivesYou will train staff involved in issuing consumer loansWhat we expect from youYou have at least 2 years working experience in the financial sectorYou have at least 2 years working experience in the field of consumer loans (preferably as Credit Risk Officer, Credit Risk Specialist or Credit Risk Analyst)You have obtained higher educationYou have experience working with large datasets and are proficient in using MS ExcelYou are a creative problem solver with strong analytical thinkingYou are ambitious with internal drive for excellenceYou have good verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and EnglishProject management experience would be an advantageExperience with Housing Loans would be an advantageWhat we are offeringFixed remuneration of 3400 – 4700 EUR (brutto), based on your competencies, skills and experienceProfessional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing international companyHealth and well-being oriented benefitsHybrid work opportunityReally high team spirit - in 2024 employees rated it 4.
