Work Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Work from home, but employees' homes must be in Dhaka)Key Responsibilities:1. VIP User Management:- Adopt a systematic user points policy to continuously improve SVIP participation rate and retention rate.- Create benchmark activities based on the payment characteristics of Bangladeshi users to promote the conversion of Daily Active Users into Active Users and Paid Users, who will continue to climb upwards.- Maintain identification with company culture and patience in work, and complete projects assigned by superiors on a daily basis.2. Tool Usage:- Proficient in using tools such as Excel and Photoshop for daily tasks such as event planning and event review and optimization- At the same time, you can quickly get started with Google Sheet and Canva to help your superiors complete the implementation of activities.3. User system maintenance and cross-departmental collaboration:- Handle user needs in the backend on time every day, handle emergency needs in the backend on weekends, and ensure the normal operation of the user system- Cooperate with the Bangladesh Account Manager team to jointly provide solutions to the problems of complex paid users.- Be patient with work and colleagues, be guided by common goals, ignore the hardships in the intermediate process, and ultimately complete the goals of the user system.Job Requirements:1. Education & Language:- Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in economics, computer science or media.- Proficient in English, with excellent cross-team communication skills and the ability to control emotions.2. Data & Logic Skills:- Proficient in data analysis tools (such as Excel, Google Sheet, etc.) and able to formulate operational strategies through data-driven methods.- Proficient in drawing tools such as Photoshop Canva, etc., and able to quickly design event landing pages that meet event specifications.- Possess solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly in complex environments.3. Execution & Career Ambition:- Possess strong execution ability and sense of responsibility and have successful experience in creating active user retention and conversion.- Have a clear career pursuit in user operation and management and be eager to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results.
