Responsible for the management of agencies , and maintain a good cooperative relationship between the hosts and the agenciesResponsible for recruiting and training of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms, and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation;Responsible for planning and implementing the online and offline activities;Responsible for analyzing the weekly or monthly data of agencies and help to improve the activation and loyalty of agencies;Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required, fluent in Chinese or English；Related experience at the internet companies is a plus;Have a good command of MS Office;Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPresentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving SkillsFast learner and passion for internet industry;Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
