)Design review of the design documentations and building permit, as Build drawings and other documents for the work, ensure that are properly maintained and up to date, assist on design optimizationEstablish and manage trustful working relationships with the Beneficiary and all relevant internal and external stakeholders, strong cooperation with the internal design teamSupport of the construction management of the electrical works and works (if necessary), involvement in the HSE requirementsConstruction site visits, active participation in the negotiations of the Projects (meetings, cost management, etc.
), reports of the ProjectsPermitting, participation in the commissioningSeek continuous improvement for the activities and integrate the “lessons learned” of the ProjectWilling to travel and work in countryside up to 50% of the working time, availability to relocate periodically to Beneficiary’s sites if necessaryRequirements: Electrical engineeringExperience in industrial developments including the commissioning, experience in real estate projectsEnglish languageOrganized administration with ambitious proactive problem solving strong and effective communication skillsME-V license (can be obtained later) We offer:
