, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, HR reporting - Coordinates with work councils and negotiates tariff agreements - Executes personnel and organizational restructuring programs in legal entity - Ensures controlling of legal entity headcount and achievement of headcount targets Representation of Group HR in legal entity - Enforces corporate HR policies in legal entities - Liaises with Division HR Head, CoE and SSC on legal entity specific needs Active contributor to Bilfinger group-wide HR topics (optional)- Participates in central projects - Provides specific expert know-how to other legal entities Detailed Activities:
Conduct daily reviews and provide initial approval of all HR documents, applications, and related tasks. Oversee and finalize approvals for onboarding new employees in HR systems (HR Cules and Mystro). Perform monthly reviews and initial approvals of ICS controls. Review and provide initial approval for overtime requests and the associated tracking sheets. Conduct daily and monthly reviews and provide initial approval of all additions and deductions. Perform daily and monthly reviews and finalize approvals for payroll transactions Conduct monthly data quality checks for HR systems. Coordinate with the operations team for employee’s annual salary appraisals Blue - Collar.
Collaborate with management on the annual salary review process. . Review and validate offers and contracts for new candidates. Review and approve all K-Net transactions. Manage private medical insurance in coordination with procurement, including policy reviews and monthly employee headcount updates. Review monthly payroll for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and submit monthly reports at the local and divisional levels, including KPI reports, ESB reports, manpower utilization, and headcount reports. Drive improvements in HR and payroll systems, such as transitioning to digital files and implementing ESS (Employee Self-Service). Participate in the annual variable salary (bonus) rounds and performance evaluations.
Oversee the annual salary review process for white-collar employees. Follow up on e-learning completion in coordination with the compliance representative. Actively engage with the Admin/HR team in all day-to-day activities to ensure seamless operations.
