Bilingual Business Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decision-making.Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams as needed.Support the testing process and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and report on outcomes.Provide training and support to end users post-implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with business process modeling, workflow tools, or requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is preferred.Preferred Attributes:Above Business Japanese Language Skills is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.Familiarity with SQL or data querying is an advantage.
