A Global IT Services Company is seeking a Data Scientist.Responsibilities:- Identifying Business Challenges and Planning Data Strategies- Collaborate with product managers and various business units to identify business problems that can be solved through data science via interviews and discussions.- Define data requirements necessary for problem-solving and plan and execute efficient and effective data collection strategies.- Advanced Data Analysis and AI Solution Development- Apply advanced techniques such as statistics, machine learning, and generative AI to the collected data to extract deep insights.- Design and validate experimental plans for AI solutions that utilize machine learning models and generative AI to solve business problems.- Continuously tune models to improve accuracy and optimize developed solutions.- Sharing Results and Evaluating Effectiveness- Summarize experimental and analytical results into clear, visually intuitive reports.- Deliver data-driven, insightful presentations to stakeholders to support decision-making.- Continuously monitor the performance of released solutions and conduct effectiveness evaluations and improvement proposals based on objective metrics.Required Skills:- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and machine learning modeling- Extensive knowledge of machine learning (including deep learning) and generative AI- Advanced analytical techniques for identifying and solving business challenges- Experience in evaluating and tuning machine learning and generative AI models- Programming experience in Python (using major data science libraries)- Experience with SQL- Knowledge of statistics- Strong communication skills- Presentation skills (ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly)Japanese: High-intermediateWhy You Should Apply:- A rewarding role at global company, where you'll help transform cutting-edge AI technologies into business value and drive their expansion into global markets- Diverse and international environment committed to equal opportunity, offering a wealth of career opportunities- Chance to handle a wide range of technologies- Meals in the company cafeteria are free.
