Major Medical Insurance Food Coupons Saving Fund Annual Target Bonus Work Adress: Credito Constructor, Benito Juarez, CDMX Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pmGross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $70,000 - $75000Work Modality: On siteWhat is your day to day?Manage all relocation activities on account or for specific projects; incorporating and creating “best practices” as possibleEnsure all relocation activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client’s and JLL's policies and proceduresEnsure operations manual is in place and updated (on account)Provide a single point of contact for all relocation project activities for client, regularly update client with updates to scope, schedule, and budget as necessaryFacilitate and document project meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned. Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholdersDevelop and implement relocation project plan and budget through collaboration with the facility manager, project manager and construction manager; as required Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor RFP, bidding process, evaluate proposals and recommend selection of vendor/contractorManage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy informationDevelop and deliver required project specific reporting, and BI surveysCoordinate schedule, budget and scope as necessary with various service providers (IT, VTS, Construction and Associate Relocations and Furniture Installation contractor, etc.)Determine the pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.e. construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations, people relocations that exceed baseline parameters, etc.)Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions, organize move orientations, and resolve post-move issuesDesired Experience And Technical Skills4 - 6 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirableMinimum 2 years as Relocation Project Manager or related experience Proficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management systemFluent in both Spanish and EnglishHas successfully managed relocations of over 1000 employeesOrganizational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning conceptsAbility to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling and Change ordersPrevious experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several Relocation Managers at various levels within the organization/teamCapacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems
