The primary focus of this role is to support the migration of Informatica on-premise ETL processes to the Azure cloud environment. As an on-site team member, you will act as a critical liaison between our India-based development team and Japanese business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary interface between the Indian development team and Japanese business stakeholders, ensuring requirements, updates, and issues are clearly understood and addressed. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements related to the cloud migration of ETL processes. Data Analysis & Collection: Support business stakeholders by analyzing data needs, collecting relevant datasets, and preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and project documentation. Project & Operational Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps and Agile Delivery Management (ADM) tools and methodologies. Material Preparation: Develop clear, concise presentations, reports, and other documentation to support decision-making and project progress. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and communication within the cross-functional, multicultural team.Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or business analysis, preferably within IT or data platform environments. Demonstrated expertise with Azure DevOps and Agile Delivery Management (ADM) frameworks. Bilingual proficiency required (professional English and Japanese); strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
