What You'll DoThis role will involve but is not limited to: Assist the Help desk Support team with Desktop Support tasks such as deployment of endpoints, keyboard, mice, monitors and telephony equipmentAssist the business and operational/support staff with help desk related itemsSupport IT Department tasks when requiredAssist with team/ operational training on various applications. Monitor daily operations and enhance processes to maximize technology efficiency.
