You will be an energetic and self-motivated professional, happy to have a hands-on role and you will get involved in a wide range of processes, in order to understand and implement improvements and standardization.Key tasks for this ambitious and outgoing candidate will include the following, but are not limited to:Work with the international revenue teams to ensure billing is undertaken in accordance to guidelines.Review contracts, sales orders and prepare associated invoices.Respond to customer billing email inquiries and accurately resolve questions/disputes with regards to invoicing.Managing communications with client and internal stakeholders.Participate in audit related activities.Assist with ad hoc projects, including process improvements, system implementations & new product launches.Keeping customer database up to date.About YouGood understanding of accounting processesGood knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in MS-ExcelProblem solving and analytical skillsProficient communication skillsDisciplined and focused on the resultsLearning mindset and “to do attitude”Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks at once with multiple deadlinesAttention to the details and high level of accuracyExperience in an international business environmentEducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plusWe Offercontract of employmentsport card/ co-financing of vacationlife insurancemedical insurancelunch cardannual bonusemployee assistance program (EAP)the employee pension scheme (PPE)support in obtaining professional certificationsThis is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in Poland.
