Billing & AR Specialist

If you thrive in detail-oriented environments and enjoy being at the heart of financial operations don’t miss this opportunity!TasksPrepare and issue client invoices based on contracts and system dataCoordinate billing and client information with relevant teamsRespond promptly to client billing inquiriesMaintain and update client master data accuratelyManage the collection of outstanding balances from clientsMonitor daily incoming payments to confirm receipt of expected amountsFollow up with clients regarding overdue balances, in line with internal proceduresCollaborate with external departments to resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist in preparing budgets and performing variance analysisProvide support to accountants, senior accountants and accounting supervisor as neededRequirementsDegree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
