Billing Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time position for a Billing Engineer located on-site in Khan Uul. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. Other responsibilities include coordinating with project teams to ensure efficient billing processes and utilizing billing systems to manage invoicing and payment schedules. The role also involves performing quantity surveying tasks to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting Quantity SurveyingStrong Analytical Skills and expertise in Rate AnalysisKnowledge and hands-on experience with Billing SystemsExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesA degree in Data analyst, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in project billing or construction engineering roles is advantageous
