You will be responsible for generating invoices, monitoring payment deadlines, resolving billing discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires proficiency in SAP and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams to ensure the integrity of our billing operations. You will also work with international clients and regularly participate in meetings to update them on billing matters.At Valuement, we strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Your missionsEnter and book Client invoices in the SAP systemVerify the accuracy of billing data with Purchase Orders received and resolve any discrepancies with Client.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services to ensure accurate billingCommunicate with the client to answer billing inquiriesCollaborate with other stakeholders, such as Recovery, Accounts, and Business Partners, to ensure accurate and timely billingReconcile billing statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completenessStay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in billingIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient billing proceduresMaintain strict confidentiality of financial and client informationMaintain up-to-date records of all invoices processed.Support month-end closing activities related to invoice management.Participate in meetings with international clients to provide updates and address billing-related topicsYour profileBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 4 years of proven experience in billing or Finance-related activities.At least 2 years of hands-on experience using SAP FinanceFluent in English(mandatory) and FrenchItalian is a plusProficiency in other billing softwares and Microsoft Office Excel is a plusGood understanding of accounting principlesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.WHAT WE OFFER IN OUR MAURITIUS OFFICE: 🩺 Health Insurance from Day One - medical coverage starting your very first day🌴 Paid Holidays - Your time off matters — paid leave is available right from the beginning.🚌 Daily Shuttle Services - Morning and evening shuttle facilities are available all the week.🏡 Flexible Work-from-Home – 2 days per week upon successful completion of probation🚗 Free Parking - Own a vehicle?
