Job Description

Role Purpose The BIM Architecture Engineer is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural design and construction projects. The role involves coordinating with various disciplines, ensuring model accuracy, supporting design and construction processes, and maintaining compliance with company BIM standards. Key Accountabilities Develop, manage, and update architectural BIM models in compliance with project and company standards. Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models to ensure design integrity and clash-free integration. Prepare and manage architectural drawings, schedules, and details extracted from the BIM model. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control of BIM models and related documentation. Support the design and construction teams by providing BIM-based visualizations, sections, elevations, and details as required. Participate in BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines and resolve design or modeling issues. Assist in implementing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and workflows. Generate 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials when required. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project objectives. Provide technical support and guidance related to BIM processes and software tools. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineer 2–4 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling within a construction or engineering company. Autodesk Revit (essential) AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (preferred) Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion) is a plus. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing. Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation. Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
