Let's shape the future together.We make it work.Job DescriptionRole OverviewA BIM Change Manager (m/f/d) for Europe will be responsible for shaping and driving the BIM strategy across Doka’s European country organizations. Your mission is to define a clear roadmap for BIM implementation, ensure its successful execution, and demonstrate tangible progress toward full BIM implementation in our design processes.You will act as a key ambassador for BIM, effectively communicating its value to internal stakeholders and customers. With your strong market awareness and industry network, you will identify emerging trends and opportunities to further strengthen Doka’s position in digital construction. You will also represent Doka at relevant BIM conferences, seminars, and workshops to continuously expand your expertise and network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive BIM strategy for Europe in alignment with Doka’s global goalsLead the rollout of BIM processes, tools, and standards across engineering teamsMonitor progress and report on key milestones and success indicatorsPromote BIM internally and externally, showcasing its benefits and business impactBuild and maintain a strong internal BIM network across HQ and European locations.Coordinate with country teams to gather and align requirements for formwork systems and related developments, ensuring efficient collaboration and avoiding duplicated effortsServe as the functional lead for BIM Coordinators and BIM Key Users across European country organizationsProvide training from entry to expert level users for REVIT and CDE (Common Data Environment)Stay up to date with industry developments and represent Doka at BIM-related eventsQualificationsCompleted technical education (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, construction management)Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and digital workflowsProven experience in coordinating and leading international project teams and driving change initiativesProficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)Experience in graphical programming interfaces (Dynamo, Rhino) is a plusPassion for digitalization and innovation in constructionStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersHigh level of self-motivation, ownership, and results orientationWillingness to travel across Europe as neededExcellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus
