Role Description We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator / Lead to join our on-site team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Building Information Modeling activities, ensuring model accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing project workflows, performing quality control on BIM deliverables, implementing BIM standards and processes, and providing technical support and training to project teams. You will play a critical role in integrating innovative BIM solutions to meet client requirements and project goals. Qualifications Strong proficiency in BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCADUnderstanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project lifecycle processesExperience in project management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teamsTechnical expertise in model validation, clash detection, and data managementExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with clients and teams in SingaporeKnowledge of Virtual Design Construction (VDC) practices would be an advantageDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldThis role is open only to Singapore locals and PRs—we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize those already in our community.
