BIM Director / Senior Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Director/Manager located in the Philippines. The BIM Director/Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the BIM processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This includes coordinating with project teams, conducting quality control checks, and developing BIM protocols and strategies. The role also involves providing training and support to staff, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC)Strong knowledge of the Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Building Operations (AECO) industryProficiency in BIM software and toolsProject management and coordination skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to develop and implement BIM protocols and strategiesExperience in conducting quality control checks and ensuring compliance with industry standardsTraining and support experience for staffRelevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
