BIM Modeler

NOTE: Singaporean PR ( Compulsory)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller with 1–3 years of experience to support project teams in creating, updating, and managing detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.Generate and update drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models.Detect and resolve clashes through coordination meetings and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).Assist in preparing BIM documentation, standards, and workflows.Participate in design reviews and provide model-based insights.Ensure models comply with project scope, technical specifications, and client requirements.Support project delivery throughout design, construction, and handover stages. RequirementsDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in AEC projects.Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools (advantage).
