BIM Modeler

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Modeler for the HVAC division, based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Execute technical engineering drawings (HVAC and Smoke Control Systems), in accordance with company standards as well as national and international regulationsPrepare graphic or modeling base files to support engineering activitiesDesign ductwork and piping networks based on engineering inputVerify coordination between different disciplines in multidisciplinary projectsCollaborate in the development of production methods, templates, and procedures related to draftingProfile:Minimum of secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualificationExperience in HVAC and Smoke Control Systems technical drawing (preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of RevitBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to read and interpret dataAdaptability and ability to work across different types of projectsAccuracy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative team spiritWhat we offer:Quadrante, part of the Compass Group, is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
