You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, producing technical drawings, and supporting multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout all project phases.Your missionsAs a BIM Modeller / Layout Designer, you will:Conduct site visits and walkthroughs, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Develop and update the BIM model and related documentation, guaranteeing compliance with project requirements and standards. Produce technical drawings such as site plans, equipment layouts, piping and cabling diagrams, and process flow diagrams. Coordinate with internal and external teams, managing design interferences and ensuring consistency of all deliverables. Support project reviews, contribute to progress reporting, and assist in construction follow-up when needed. Your profileBachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent, with strong knowledge in civil engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a draftsman or layout designer on large-scale engineering projects. Proficiency with BIM/3D and 2D CAD software (Plant 3D, Microstation, REVIT, Navisworks, OpenPlant, etc.). Fluent in French or Dutch and proficient in English. Interest in new digital methods (BIM, laser scanning, AR/VR) and good command of Microsoft Office tools. Dynamic, proactive, and rigorous, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
