​Licensed Biomedical Engineer (Facility Manager) | Aussie MedTech​Aussie MedTech is seeking a dedicated and professionally certified Licensed Biomedical Engineer to take full charge of our cutting-edge medical equipment facility. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical expertise combined with a robust understanding of operational management and regulatory compliance.​If you are a licensed engineer ready to ensure the absolute precision and compliance of life-saving medical technology equipment, we want to hear from you.​Key Responsibilities:​Engineering Oversight: Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize all high-value medical manufacturing, testing, and processing equipment.​Preventive Maintenance & Calibration: Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and calibration protocols to maintain equipment operational integrity (OQ/PQ/IQ standards).​Compliance & Validation: Ensure the facility and all equipment strictly adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including TGA guidelines, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).​Inventory & Procurement: Oversee inventory systems for spare parts and critical equipment components; manage vendor relationships for service contracts and new equipment procurement.​Team Leadership: Lead and mentor facility technicians and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety and engineering excellence.​Facility Audits: Serve as the facility's technical expert during internal and external audits.​Required Qualifications & Experience:​Licensing is Non-Negotiable: Must possess a current, valid professional engineering license (e.g., CPEng, P.Eng, or equivalent) with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field.​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.​Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in technical facility management, equipment maintenance, or validation within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing sectors.​Technical Skills: Proven competency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and advanced diagnostic tools.​Why Join Aussie MedTech?​Lead from the front at a respected Australian medtech innovator.
