Biomedical Scientist

Applications are invited from dynamic, motivated and forward-thinking HCPC -registered Biomedical Scientists for the Registered Biomedical Scientist role within the Clinical Biochemistry laboratory at University Hospital Sussex NHS Foundation trust. We are looking to recruit a Biomedical Scientist to work in the team rotating through all sections of the laboratory across the Worthing, St Richards and Southlands sites.The department provides a diagnostic Clinical Biochemistry service to University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, General Practitioners through Primary Care Trusts, and a specialist service to other NHS Trusts in Sussex, Surrey, and Kent. It is working towards ISO accreditation 15189, and is approved by the Institute of Biomedical Sciences as a training laboratory.We offer a supportive environment, excellent development opportunities, and access to well-equipped labs. The successful candidate will work across all sections of the department.
