You’ll expertly troubleshoot medical devices and create detailed service reports that help drive continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Service a range of medical devices in-house, adhering to Australian standards.Maintain, test, and calibrate repaired devices to ensure quality and safety.Test returned loan devices and assist with managing the loan equipment supply.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system issues using established procedures.Prepare reports identifying common product failures and repair trends.Collaborate with field technicians and sales teams to support diagnostics and repairs.Conduct testing of new products during Australian pre-delivery inspections.About You:Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Repair or Service Technician role, or a similar capacityBachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Medical, Electrical, or Mechanical EngineeringExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationshipsBenefits:Competitive salary package, including base pay plus Health and Wellness allowanceAccess to training programs, mentoring, and tuition assistance to support your career developmentInclusive and collaborative workplace culture where every employee feels valued and respectedOpportunity to work for one of the biggest and most respected names in the healthcare industryIf you’re a skilled Service Technician with a passion for healthcare technology and delivering exceptional technical support, we want to hear from you!
