Job Description

Mainz, Germany | full time | Job ID: 9380Your main responsibilities are: Lead cross-functional product teams to coordinate all operational, strategic, and tactical activities affecting the worldwide commercial supply of products. Ensure consistent product quality, safety, and efficacy across the network. Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Develop and implement product supply strategies in alignment with the overarching product strategy. Facilitate reporting, information sharing, discussions, and decision-making across relevant teams and governance bodies within Technical Operations and the broader organization (BNT).

Ensure alignment and coordination between Technical Operations governance bodies and product governance bodiesIdentify and address conflicts, dependencies, and risks that may impact product supply or operational efficiency. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted product supply and operational continuity. What you have to offer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration). Proven experience, 10 year´s in technical Operations/product supply, supply chain, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Preferably hands-on experience in at least two relevant functions.

Experience in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities. Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, QC and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
