We work in the Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Transportation, and Information Technology sectors.As a technical expert, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.Responsibilities:Perform manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelinesEnsure batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for technical solutionsResponsible for the planning, the execution and documentation of manufacturing campaigns in the area of mammalian USP/DSP/F&F manufacturingHelp solve complex deviations by performing investigations and suggesting CAPAsTrain the operatorsSupport the manufacturing site for audits/customers visitsParticipate to validation activitiesYour profile:Master's degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biotech, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Process Engineering) or aboveExcellent biotechnology expertise and/or knowledge in biotech engineering, preferable in the area of Mammalian cell culture and/or protein purificationMore than 3 years' experience under a GMP environmentAble to perform process-related troubleshooting activities and read P&IDsYou are a hands-on person with a fluent level in German and EnglishWorking with us means:Joining a group with strong development potential that aims to improve your employability on challenging and varied projectsJoining a structure that has been established in Switzerland for a long time with a client portfolio that includes the leaders in the sectorHaving a sustainable job with stability and access to a real collaborationBenefit from training with accredited and certified centersHaving a local management to support you in the achievement of your missions and in the development of your careerBeing part of a dynamic, committed team with real human values that we live by every dayOnly applications from Swiss and EU citizens will be considered.
