ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.  What you will be doing:Performing a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratoryPerform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the resultsMaintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performanceDocumenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized mannerCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challengesEnsuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and proceduresProtein ExpressionResponsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHOPerform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the resultsOperate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagentsProtein PurificationPurification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and other methodsFormulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirementsResponsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experimentUse Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of the purified proteinsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry etcSome familiarity in the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentationGood technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise workExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyAvailable to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends#GSYour Privacy and Fairness in Our Recruitment ProcessWe are committed to protecting your data, ensuring fairness, and adhering to workplace fairness principles in our recruitment process.
