Job Description

About the OpportunityWe are an e-commerce technology and innovation company operating in the U. S. market, with a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans. We're looking for a Head of Finance to take full ownership of our finance function and help lead the company through its next phase of expansion. This is a key leadership role with a seat at the executive table — offering the opportunity to build, lead, and optimize financial operations, while playing a strategic role in shaping the direction of the business.

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, cash flow management, reporting, and internal controls. You’ll also oversee accounting, compliance, tax, and audit processes, while building scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and executive team to provide data-driven insights, evaluate strategic opportunities, and ensure financial health and operational efficiency across the organization. This role offers a clear path toward a CFO position, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

If you're equally comfortable with strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and passionate about turning numbers into action — we’d love to hear from you.
