Job Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations of Growth ToolsResponsible for planning and formulating operational rules for various on-site growth tools (e. g. , task system, rewards center). Design tool usage strategies tailored to different stages of the user lifecycle, supporting new user conversion, active user retention, and churn reactivation. Collaborate with the product team to improve tool features and usage flows, enhancing tool efficiency and user satisfaction. 2. Data Analysis & Tool Performance EvaluationEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth tools, and regularly analyze core metrics such as claim rate, usage rate, conversion rate, and ROI.
Identify bottlenecks based on user behavior data and conversion paths, and develop targeted optimization plans. Produce performance reports to support daily operations strategies and guide product iteration directions. 3. Integration of Tools with Operational ScenariosWork closely with user operations, contract operations, and other cross-functional teams to deeply integrate tools into daily operational activities. Participate in the design of campaign mechanisms, offer suggestions on resource allocation, and support implementation (e. g. , user journey guidance, placement of tool entry points, copywriting). Develop standard usage protocols and playbooks to improve tool efficiency and activity output quality. 4.
User Feedback Collection & Product Optimization CollaborationCollect and organize user feedback, pain points, and suggestions related to tool usage. Summarize key issues and propose improvement plans; work collaboratively with product and data teams to drive feature optimization and version upgrades. Build and maintain support materials such as FAQs and help documents to assist users in using the tools. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Product Management, Data Analysis, FinTech, or related fields preferred. 3+ years of experience in internet product operations or growth operations; experience in FinTech, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency platforms is preferred.
Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset; able to identify issues from user behavior and propose solutions. Familiarity with commonly used growth tools and their core metrics; experience in data analysis, campaign operations, or user growth is a plus. Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, able to efficiently coordinate with product, design, and data teams to drive project delivery. Experience independently managing a growth tool project (e. g. , bonuses, referral programs, coupons). Familiarity with cryptocurrency products (spot, futures, leverage) and understanding of user behavior paths.
