Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize BIWIN Storage's operational processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production, logistics, and supply chain management while maintaining quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in a management roleExperience in electronics manufacturing or IT hardware production preferredKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesProficiency with ERP systems and operations management softwareCertification in Six Sigma, PMP, or CPIM is a plus
