Your Role In BizAwayMade a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our ProviderResponding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platformEntering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the bookingExplaining rules and procedures to use our service on the PlatformExplaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)Your Basic QualificationsAt least 1 year of previous experience in the Travel IndustryBasic knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agencyExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken German (B2 and up)Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)High school diploma or equivalent required.
