RequirementsWhat you'll be doing: Product StrategyConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps within the event management space. Drive the product’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Advocate for user-centered design by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, identifying pain points, and translating them into actionable insights. Product PlanningPrioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, market needs, and technical feasibility. Own the product backlog, working closely with engineering to define detailed requirements and user stories. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between development, design, marketing, and customer success.
Establish product KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement. Conduct regular customer and stakeholder reviews to communicate progress and gather input for the product roadmap. Product ExecutionLead the agile product development process, from sprint planning to release. Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure that designs meet product specifications and offer a seamless user experience. Work closely with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet functional requirements and are delivered on time. Drive beta testing and product launches, working with Product marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor the performance of new product features post-launch, using analytics and user feedback to refine and optimize. What You HaveBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or event management software. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage product life cycles from ideation through to execution and post-launch analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making of both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Familiarity with the event management field and platforms and understanding of trends in virtual and hybrid events is a plus. Excellent communication skills, fluent in EnglishYou are a team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. Self starter with a “Can do attitude”, with a high degree of creativity and drive.
