Be the CEO’s strategic right hand - drive focus, follow-through, and alignment. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll work at the center of leadership, strategy, and execution. This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You’ll operate as a force multiplier - protecting the CEO’s time, ensuring priorities are executed, and acting as a communication and coordination bridge across the company and beyond.

This is not a personal assistant role - your focus will be on driving operational clarity, executive readiness, and strategic momentum. What Will You DoOwn and manage the CEO’s business calendar, meetings, and travel, ruthlessly prioritizing what matters.

Track and follow up on strategic actions, cross-functional deliverables, and business goalsPrepare briefs, decks, memos, and comms - both internal and externalJoin meetings to document, clarify, and drive accountability on next stepsServe as liaison between the CEO and leadership, investors, and external stakeholdersCoordinate and support planning cycles, townhalls, board meetings, and major leadership forumsPre-read documents, surface issues, and flag gaps ahead of meetingsSolve problems and unblock issues proactively to keep operations movingMaintain full confidentiality and professionalism at all timesYou’ll thrive in this role if you. . .
