3–4 years of experience in a Supplier Quality Engineering roleIn-depth knowledge of APQP and PPAP processesControl PlansStatistical Process Control (SPC)DFMEA / PFMEAProficiency in quality tools such as 8D reports and 5-Why analysisUnderstanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standardsKnowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) is a strong assetProactive, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication skills and the ability to drive results with suppliersEducation: Degree in Engineering or a related technical disciplineLanguages: English: Fluent / Business-levelGerman: Conversational / Very good working proficiency
