We are currently seeking a talented Duty Manager to help drive success and growth in this pivotal role. Reporting to the Store Manager the Duty Manager will be helping to drive growth within the company owned Phoenix Park, Nuthall Greggs store. As a member of the ‘Duty Manager’ team effective through all operational hours of the store, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of colleagues. You will be a member of the Store Manager’s leadership team ensuring excellent customer service, contributing to achieving store sales and profitability through ‘Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food For Later, Food For Now’.

Experience in the hospitality industry at a management level is desirable.
