What You’ll Be DoingWe’re looking for a mid level UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and user-focused designs for our B2B software. You’ll bring a calm, confident energy to your work, collaborate openly with stakeholders, and proactively share ideas to elevate the user experience across our products. Your day-to-day might include: Designing and refining user journeys, interfaces, and visual components in Figma with precision and creativity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and alignment with business goals.

Validating concepts through user feedback and usability testing to ensure we deliver experiences that truly work for our users. Maintaining and evolving our design system to keep our products visually consistent and scalable. Offering your design expertise and peer support to help your teammates excel. What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills: Solid experience as a UX/UI Designer or Engineer, ideally within a product-led or software environment. Proficiency in Figma with a clean and organised way of working. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive UI design.

Confidence in collaborating across teams and clearly communicating design ideas both visually and verbally. A keen eye for visual detail, branding consistency, and system thinking. Proven experience in evolving and maintaining a design system. Qualifications & Experience: A degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
